Horse Riding Safaris

Horse riding safaris are a popular and exciting way for our guests to explore Tanzania’s natural beauty, wildlife and scenery from a different perspective. Our riding safaris take place in Arusha National Park and Kilimanjaro area. The duration is between about 2 and 6 hours.

On each horseback riding safari you will be accompanied by trained guides who will discover the great beauties of Tanzania together on off-the-beaten-track routes in the bushland and forests. Guided Tanger Safaris horseback riding tours usually include transportation, horse rentals and basic meals. When planning your individual safari and for the selection of horses, we need some personal information from you to find out whether you are already an experienced rider, or whether equestrian sport is a less practiced leisure activity for you.
